Depending on what discipline (maths, chemistry, physics, biology, etc.) your B.S degree is, you could check for organizations, specialized in energy, medical, etc. studies. Hi Berry 2000, Is the Federal Aid (Pell) program the only place you have checked for funding your Certificate Program? There must be other places, besides Pell, where you can go and ask for money. For instance, why don't you try this one: http://www.georgia.gov/00/ channel_title/0,2094,4802_4967 ,00.html Their site reads that they offer funding for nontraditional students and for any kind of education, not only Master's Programs.
